Might be buying the motel next to the restaurant. Probably won't happen by the 5 year anniversary of Drinking Man (September 22), but expect a mini-convention early in 2013, if I can make this happen. And assuming the world doesn't end in December.

Don't redecorate the rooms until after, the drapes and mattresses are usually worthless after a drunkard invasion if history holds.
