I've read some articles that say McCourt retained control of them entirely, I've heard it was 50/50, I've heard 70/30, and I've heard he owns them on non game days. I would hope that his mismanagement is no longer involved in the parking lots at all. He ran them like a prison yard, except for the part where there are guards watching.
I believe(?) McCourt (or rather one of his shell companies) owns the parking lot land but that future revenue will be split 50/50 from the parking concession. There is also the matter of some land surrounding Dodger Stadium. I'm not sure if McCourt currently owns any of it outright but he may have a financial interest in some of it, possibly with a purchase option.
The potential revenue from the impending TV deal is said to be huge, but it's not paid out in a lump sum and it will take a long time to recoup the purchase price through that stream. The general consensus is $1.2 to $1.4bil -- tops -- would've won the the bidding and most of the media commentators and their "financial experts" seem to feel the Magic Group drastically overpaid.
