old fashion apple pie recipes with moon shine

(1) One gallon of apple juice
(2) One gallon of apple cider
(3)Six 3 inch sticks cinnamon
(4) 1 or 1/2 of sugar or to taste
(5) 1 liter of moonshine or any white whiskey

Directions
(1) Pour apple juice and apple cider, cinnamon sticks and sugar into a large pot.Bring to a boil over medium high heat
stirring until the sugar has dissolve then remove from the heat let cool to room temperature.Discard the cinnamon sticks
Then stir in the grain.Pour in to quarts size jars mason jars lid and rings and refrigerate to ready to serve

Blackberry moonshine

(1) 2 cups blackberries hand wash only choose the best the best!
(2)1 cup of sugar
(3)1 cup 100 proof vodka
(4)1 cup brandy
(5)1 cup light corn syrup
(6)1 teaspoon of lemon zest
(7)teaspoon of lemon juice

Put the blackberries in a clean mason jar crush all the berries with a wooden spoon.then let stand for 1 hour
add vodka ,brandy put the cap tightly on and shake it vigorously then the lemon zest and lemon juice let it stand for two weeks in a dark place use a cheese cloth or a fine mesh to strainer to strain out the solids.Throw them out
Transfer to a clean container let stand for a week
filter into your new clean container it best if you last it set of a month

nope. if someone offers you apple pie in the southern u.s., always accept. sure, you may get an actual slice of pie, but your chances are about 50/50 of getting a drink. and even if not, hey: free pie.
