First Drink of the Day

this is true. one of those days here for me. won't even be able to get blasted tonight, due to responsibilities early in the morning. but man, it's true what they say; when you have to go without, and/or when you know you'll only be having a few, that first mouthful is something special. not that i'd want to do it as a regular thing! that shit would get old quick.

Cheers, Wingman, get at it when you can! Just had a moment of great inspiration. Slugging down some cheap vodka, reading up on Hunter S. Thompson, it hit me that I need to be myself without conformity, fuck the rest of the world. Hard to explain via typing, a time where my drunken soundtrack combined with the booze and my need to find myself. Makes living worth it.
