There's already one group suing Louisville Gas & Electric over hazardous waste storage, as they should be- that one isn't a "you burn coal" lawsuit, it has to do with coal ash mounds in neighborhoods. They already got the Diocese and big tobacco. This is the Commonwealth, so there are ongoing suits against Big Coal, as there should be, but those will go nowhere.
The thing is, these distilleries are ancient, in Louisville terms. They haven't changed much since they were built. The class action lawsuit guys are running out of targets, so they dreamed this one up.
