Tom Sims Bourbon

I've been trying to gain info on Tom Sims Bourbon. Was given 2 bottles,1-quart bottle has a irs stamp the 750ml bottle has a atf stamp. Every thing Ihave read and seen shows lables of 6 year old bourbon. Both of these bottles are labled 8 year. Any info would be great. Dont want to crack the seals unti I get all the answers.
